• Scrape or bulk download content without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms immediately without refund.

You are responsible for:

• All activities through your account
• Providing accurate information

You must notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

Certain features require paid subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges
• Pay all applicable fees and taxes

Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled.

Some jurisdictions may require refunds by law.

• All platform branding, software, design, and technology are protected by intellectual property laws and belong to Xavoria.
• Users retain ownership of content they create or upload, subject to necessary rights for platform operation.
• You grant Xavoria a non-exclusive license to use your content to provide and improve services.

AI outputs may contain inaccuracies or unexpected results. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it.

Xavoria does not guarantee:

• Originality
• Accuracy
• Legal compliance
• Non-infringement of third-party rights

You assume all liability for AI-generated content you publish.

You may not use Xavoria to:

• Violate laws or regulations
• Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
• Generate harmful, deceptive, fraudulent, or illegal content
• Distribute malware, spam, phishing, or abusive material
• Attempt unauthorized system access
• Reverse-engineer or decompile platform technology
• Use for competing services
• Harass, threaten, abuse, or defame others
• Automate account creation
• Scrape or bulk download without permission
• Use for cryptocurrency mining
• Use for high-volume processing without prior consent

Violations result in immediate suspension without refund.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features anytime without prior notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation.

We may take services offline for maintenance with 24-hour notice when possible.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Xavoria from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the platform
• Content you create or upload
• Your violation of third-party rights
• AI-generated content you publish
• Your integration with third-party services
• Your actions or negligence

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access at our discretion, particularly for:

• Terms violations
• Illegal activity
• Payment failure
• Abuse of service
• Security threats

Termination may be immediate without notice.

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. We recommend reviewing Terms periodically for changes.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be removed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining Terms shall remain in full force.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies posted on the platform, constitute the entire agreement regarding your use of Xavoria. Any prior agreements, understandings, or negotiations are superseded by these Terms.

No waiver of any term or condition shall be effective unless in writing and signed by Xavoria. Failure to enforce any right shall not constitute waiver of that right.

We acknowledge legal notices within 10 business days.
